COLOR THEORY WITH MEGHAN MUSER
SUNDAY
11/9
10am - 1pm
This class is about discovering the creative spark that comes from working with color—no matter your medium. Whether you work in ceramics, painting, textiles, collage, or are simply curious to begin, you’ll explore how colors tell stories, set moods, and open new directions in your art. No prior experience is necessary.
Through hands-on collage exercises, you’ll learn how to combine colors, textures, and imagery in ways that unlock fresh ideas. You’ll also create a personal mood board as a tool for inspiration, drawing from art, nature, and everyday life. In addition, you’ll receive prompts to continue exploring color beyond the class—developing palettes, themes, and visual languages to guide your creative projects.
Along the way, we’ll explore practical approaches to moving past artistic blocks and discover how to translate inspiration into your own practice.
By the end, you’ll walk away with personalized mood boards, a toolkit of color strategies, and the beginnings of a sketchbook you can return to whenever you need fresh ideas or direction.
